Season 2

Welcome to Season 2 of the Sats² Rewards Program!

Season 2 builds on the success of, and learnings from Season 1 with even more ways to maximize your earnings. This season introduces loyalty bonuses, time-weighted multipliers, referral rewards, and campaign-based boosts – all designed to reward long-term commitment and active participation.

Rewards are distributed daily, with final loyalty bonuses applied nearing the end of the season.

How Rewards Work

It's simple. Earn Sats² by depositing BTC or SLAY on SatLayer, or BABY on Cube by SatLayer, through one of the many supported blockchain networks.

Sats² Base Rewards

Our current rewards mechanics are simple:

• We award 1 Sats² per $10 of BTC, SLAY, or BABY deposited per day

• Rewards are distributed daily

• Prices of tokens are calculated based on the daily market value and applied at distribution

For example, staking 1 BTC LST for 7 consecutive days, assuming Bitcoin is at $110,000 = ~77,000 Sats².

From here, you can unlock Badges, some of which may contain additional boosts and multipliers to significantly increase your total rewards.

Badges

In Season 2, we introduce Badges that showcase your participation and achievements across milestones within the SatLayer ecosystem. Some Badges may award you with special boosts as described in the following sections.

To see all your earned Badges, visit the Badges section on the SatLayer Dashboard with your connected wallet. The current Badges are shown below. We may have special badges awarded throughout Season 2, stay tuned!

Reward Multipliers

Loyalty Boosts

Loyalty Boosts are calculated and awarded at the end of Season 2, based on how consistently you maintained your holdings:

We may take multiple snapshots throughout Season 2 to compare the total holdings of your restaked assets with us, to determine eligibility. For the "never withdrew" condition, you must not have any unstaking transaction, or token transfers to another wallet address.

You will only get one Loyalty Boost (e.g. 2x boost if you qualify for the Diamond Hands badge), and they can stack with other boosts.

Time-Weighted Deposits

The longer you keep your assets deposited without interruption, the greater your reward multiplier becomes:

You will only get one Time-weighted Deposit Boost (e.g. 1.6x boost if you qualify for the Settler badge), and they can stack with other boosts.

Referral Boost

Turn your network into extra rewards! Invite friends and earn +20% of their Sats² earnings on top of your own.

You may receive the City Herald badge for referring new users that deposited at least $100 worth of BTC assets into SatLayer, on top of the referral rewards above.

Campaign-Based Boosts

During active campaigns throughout Season 2, you can unlock additional multipliers based on how you put your assets to work.

Terms and Conditions

To ensure fairness and protect the integrity of the Season 2 program, the following restrictions apply:

• We may vest the top 1,000 wallet addresses based on the allocation, with details to be provided closer to the end of Season 2.

• Wallet addresses will be screened using various third-party tools, and will be excluded entirely from Season 2 if they belong to any of the following, but not limited to:

  • Wallets listed on official sanctions lists, or prohibited as stated on our Terms of Service.

  • Wallets identified as sybils or engaging in manipulation of the campaign mechanics.

  • Wallets linked to known on-chain scams.

• We will screen our wallet addresses and may manually review activities to determine actions taken, and source of funds. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or game the system will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards allocated.

• We will not allow transfers of rewards for wallet addresses that are hacked (e.g. you lose control over the private keys to your addresses), you can however choose to nullify the rewards allocated so that threat actors cannot claim the rewards. These will be processed based on our standard operating procedures.

• Wallets without active SatLayer restaked BTC, SLAY, or cBABY deposits at the final snapshot date, with a value to be determined closer to the final snapshot.

• SatLayer reserves the right to adjust rewards, modify eligibility, or terminate the program at its discretion.

• By participating, users agree to all terms set by SatLayer and/or its partners where applicable.
