# Referral Guide

Through our Sats² rewards program, users can share a personalized invite link to earn extra Sats². Each invite link is tied to the user's wallet address, allowing the referrer to earn both fixed and variable Sats² rewards when the referred person completes specific actions.

### How do I refer someone to SatLayer?

You can create an invite link in the [Dashboard](mailto:undefined) tab by clicking on the Copy icon under Referral Program.

You may be required to sign a message to retrieve your invite link, this will not cost any transaction fee. The message will look similar to the following:

### Sharing invite links&#x20;

You can share your unique invite link with friends to earn additional Sats².

Both the referrer (the user sharing the invite link) and the referee (the user staking and participating in SatLayer through the referrer's invite link) will receive extra Sats² rewards.

* When someone clicks your invite link and restakes any BTC assets, you’ll earn a one-time reward of 500 Sats², while your friend will receive a one-time 300 Sats².
* Additionally, the inviter will receive 20% of the referred user's Sats² rewards. The more BTC assets your friend (the referee) restakes on SatLayer, the more Sats² you’ll earn.

Invite links are active on Ethereum, BNB Chain and Berachain.&#x20;

Bitlayer and Sui are currently not yet supported, but we are working on integrating it soon.  Referring friends to stake BABY are not supported yet.&#x20;

### Reviewing referral earning history

Our reward history captures a snapshot of your restaked BTC holdings and your referee’s holdings on the platform once a week (every 7 days, distributed on Sunday). Currently, it displays only up to the most recent 25 transactions.

You can find an overview of the Sats² rewards you earned from referrals on the [Dashboard](https://app.satlayer.xyz/dashboard) under **Reward History**.

### Terms and conditions

* All referral rewards will be distributed in Sats² points, which can be used in future SatLayer ecosystem programs.
* It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to the same wallet address used and are able to access such tokens even if you participated on a different blockchain network.
* Self-referrals are prohibited. Transactions suspected of self-referral activity may be reviewed and disqualified from earning any referral Sats² points.
* Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, engage in fraudulent activity, or manipulate the system will result in disqualification and points may be removed from all associated accounts.
* By participating, users agree to comply with all applicable terms set forth by SatLayer and our partner.
