Learn more about the partner rewards campaign by Tower Finance

Tower Finance has recently launched Tower BabyDEX, the first native DEX built on Babylon Genesis for BTCFi assets. To support the broader Babylon ecosystem, Tower is running an incentives program for liquidity providers (LPs) across its liquidity pools.

If you’ve been (re)staking supported Bitcoin assets, and other eligible assets such as cBABY through SatLayer, and have started providing liquidity on Tower Finance, you may be eligible for additional rewards through Tower’s campaign. Here’s everything you need to know.

How the Tower BabyDEX campaign works

Tower Points serve as the foundation of Tower Finance’s incentives campaign. Every liquidity provision and swap action on BabyDEX earns Tower Points:

• Providing liquidity into XYK pools earns 1 Tower Point per 1,000 USD of LP deposited per hour.

• Providing liquidity into PCL pools earns 2x the points, with a 2x multiplier applied.

Ways that you can farm with SatLayer

With Bitcoin assets, you can consider the following strategy:

1. Ensure you have 100 USD worth of uniBTC and satUniBTC on Ethereum — i.e. have approximately half of uniBTC and half of satUniBTC.

2. Bridge 100 USD worth of uniBTC and satUniBTC from Ethereum to Babylon Genesis using Union.

3. Once you have both assets on Babylon Genesis, provide the assets into Tower DEX.

   

With cBABY, from Cube by SatLayer:

1. Ensure you have liquid staked some BABY for cBABY on Cube by SatLayer — your assets will already be on Babylon Genesis, therefore bridging is not required.
2. Once you have both assets on Babylon Genesis, provide the assets into Tower DEX. Do take note of ratio of BABY and cBABY required, it should be approximately half.

   

For SatLayer users holding Bitcoin assets, you must bridge your assets over from Ethereum mainnet.

• If you hold satUniBTC (your SatLayer uniBTC receipt token on Ethereum), it must be bridged over to Babylon Genesis via Union to be eligible based on the current liquidity pools setup.

• SatLayer will only support issuing of receipt tokens on our Babylon Genesis vaults in Phase II of our launch, with an estimated launch timeline some time in Q2 2025.

Once bridged, your Bitcoin assets will be available on Babylon Genesis and can be deposited into eligible liquidity pools on Tower BabyDEX to start farming rewards immediately.
